Mosquitoes are both useful and dangerous species but their ability to be a public health threat has become a priority due to the increase of death numbers by arboviruses. Our work was conducted to both know and understand these species and also to try control methods and substance of them. Culicidae inventory in the region of Annaba El Tarf and Guelma showed the presence of 9 species Aedes caspius, Aedes geniculatus, Aedes albopictus, Culex pipiens, Culex hortensis, Culex theileri, Culex perexiguus. Culiseta longiareolata, and Anopheles labranchiae.
