This study is to compare the michaelis constants and minimal levels of detection of the enzyme horse radish peroxidase in the presence of its substrate : -hydrogen peroxide and various artificial hydrogen donors .these hydrogen donors were grouped into chromogenic reagents ABTS (2,2 azin-di-3-ethyl benzothiazoline 6sulphonic acid).
