To make useof the data we were going to collect, it was important to decide what sort of data was necessary. As mentioned in section 1, we had an idea about the factors effecting the sales, so our common sense helped us onsiderably while deciding on what data to collect. However, during the course of the data collection, some adjustments had to be made.
