Networks in Sinusoidal Steady State” deals with the analysis of electrical circuits supplied by sinusoidal sources after transient effects have disappeared. The study is mainly based on the complex representation of voltages and currents, which simplifies the analysis of resistors, inductors, and capacitors. It covers impedance and admittance, Kirchhoff’s laws, mesh and nodal analysis, and fundamental circuit theorems such as Thévenin’s and Norton’s theorems. Particular attention is given to active, reactive, and apparent power, power factor, and resonance in RLC circuits. Three-phase systems, electrical measurements, and practical industrial applications are also discussed.
