This study aims; firstly, to characterize Mexa dam waters through the physico-chemical parameters dose of water, to identify and enumerate cyanobacteria and to measure microcystin, then to seek the influence of some environmental parameters on spatiotemporal dynamics of microalgae through the application of statistical tests.
